What is Chikito?
Chikito is a food company in Dubai. We cook home-style meal plans and deliver them every day across the UAE. You choose and manage your plan in the Chikito app on iOS and Android.
Which meals can I subscribe to?
Breakfast, lunch and dinner, on their own or together. Choose a customisable plan where you can swap the main dish, or a set menu the kitchen plans for you.
What kind of food do you cook?
Home-style cooking with a weekly rotation: biriyani, fish curry, dosa, stews and more, with vegetarian options. Each dish in the app lists its ingredients and side dishes, and nutrition where the kitchen has listed it.
What if I'm away for a day?
Skip that day in the app. You can skip, bring back or change any upcoming meal until its cutoff time, and your list of upcoming deliveries shows exactly what's coming.
Which days can I get deliveries?
Any days you like: all week, Monday to Saturday, weekdays, or a custom mix. Each meal can have its own delivery time and address, or come together in one delivery.
How do I pay?
Pay in the app when you subscribe. For plans longer than seven days you can also pay the rider on your first delivery, by cash or by card. Coupon codes apply at checkout, and every order has a PDF invoice.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across the UAE and keep expanding. When you drop your pin in the app, it tells you straight away whether we reach you. You can also email us your area.
